Annie Mac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Closing Coordinator to be responsible for assisting in the closing of all mortgage loans as assigned. Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Closing Manager, the accountabilities and job activities of the Closing Coordinator position include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Ensure files are assigned on the day that the CD is to be sent out;
• Upload all prelim docs from settlement or any other entity (ICL, title, deed, prelim CD, survey, water test, septic certs, etc.);
• Review title for potential closing stoppers-IE excess liens, judgments, and reach out to settlement to let them know to work on resolution prior to CTC;
• Upload email from settlement with prelim docs;
• Upload and review termite and moisture for any needed treatment or repairs, let sending party, LO, LOA know what is needed prior to closing, reach out to me if unsure if you have a clear report or what might be needed;
• Follow up on title requests to try to insure the most info in file for when initial CD is sent out;
• Update settlement fees upon upload of prelim CD;
• Upon starting a new file, do a file update of the screens the closers use to help save them time when sending out initial CD;
• Ensure borrower AKA’s are added;
• Insurance mailing address added if HOI in file;
• Upload rush insurance and tax info requests from processors so that a file can be submitted for clear to close;
• Send initial CDs to borrowers;
• Send CIC CDs to borrowers if Shan is out;
• Update needed info when processor requests so that the file can be submitted for final approval;
• Review insurances for coverage requirements, name and address info & mortgagee information;
• Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.

• Previous experience in the mortgage industry;
• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Excellent communication skills.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
