Entertainment Team Leads work with performers, associates, and guests to ensure safety for all as well as creating memorable entertainment and event experiences parkwide. Entertainment Team Lead assigned duties (may vary):

• Oversee daily operations of your location
• Opening/closing locations ensuring cleanliness in all areas
• Promote teamwork and create a positive & safe work environment for all
• Provide excellent customer service for our guests
• Resolve guest and associate concerns
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Maneuverability and mobility to move from location to location within the park daily.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
