Talent; Actor and Event Staff - Phantom Field Haunted Attractions

Overview

Phantom Field is seeking qualified, eager, and professional individuals to join its Talent and Event Staff team for Phantom Fest, the largest haunted attraction event in Central Virginia's history coming this Fall. The individuals selected for these positions act as the foundation for the entire business and are responsible for personifying our mission and brand promise of providing an immersive, world-class, frightful experience that leave guests feeling fulfilled and terrorized.

All applicants should expect to be familiar with the responsibilities of both Talent and Event Staff.

• To provide guests with an overall immersive experience through creative jump-scares and interactive haunts.
• Assume the role of an assigned character and interact with guests using the materials at your disposal.
• Must be able to avoid breaking character from the beginning of your character appointment to end.
• To provide guests with an overall positive and memorable experience through world class customer service initiatives and pristine hospitality.
• Effectively deliver instructions to guests and ensure that they adhere to posted guidelines.
• Be able to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to become familiar with all work stations throughout the park.
• Responsible for assisting in the set-up and clean-up of the operation and primary workspace.
• Must be available to work all or most days of the operating season. (October 17, 18, 24, 25, 30, 31, and November 1.)
• Will perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Officer for Operations & the Chief Executive Officer.

Phantom Field is an annual haunted entertainment attraction that aims to deliver the most immersive Halloween experience for its victims. Located in Orange, Virginia; 2025 marks Phantom Field's third year of operation with the most largest haunted attraction event in Central Virginia's history:
Phantom Fest. After two incredibly successful years, Phantom Field is looking to build on its success by acquiring a team of quality actors and staff members to help deliver a premier frightful experience for our guests!
