Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Contract Event Helper to assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment and decorations.
- Help manage guest lists and registration.
- Provide support to event coordinators during events.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces.
- Handle any logistical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
