Are you a storyteller with a map in one hand and a passion for personalized travel in the other? Wild China is seeking a visionary Experiential Travel Designer to join our Leisure Travel team in Chengdu or Huizhou— an opportunity to shape immersive journeys for discerning clients while leading innovation in China’s travel frontier.

Key Responsibilities- Curate bespoke adventures:
Collaborate directly with English-speaking clients to design personalized itineraries across China and beyond, blending cultural immersion, local insights, and sustainable practices. - Champion client delight:
Drive sales excellence through world-class service, turning every inquiry into a transformative journey that exceeds expectations. - Pioneer destination expertise:
Stay ahead of travel trends, updating your knowledge of landscapes, heritage sites, and hidden gems to ensure Wild China remains the industry standard-bearer. - Share your vision:
Contribute to team brainstorming, marketing campaigns, and product development, infusing your destination wisdom into every initiative. - Build lasting relationships:
Understand client passions deeply, partnering with our executive team to innovate experiences and foster long-term loyalty.
- Academic foundation:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a mind for detail and strategic thinking. - Operational excellence: A proactive, organized approach to project management — because the magic is in the meticulous planning.
- Communication mastery:
Native or fluent English, paired with the ability to build trust across cultures. - Cultural curiosity: A deep love for Chinese history, geography, and sustainable travel — you see destinations not as places, but as stories waiting to be told.
- Cross-cultural agility:
Proven ability to thrive in international environments, turning diverse perspectives into seamless client experiences. - Service DNA:
Previous customer service experience, where you learned to anticipate needs before they’re voiced.
