Our client, a leading technology & data center infrastructure organization, Microsoft Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Engineer 4 to join their team. As a Construction Project Engineer 4, you will be part of the Construction & Engineering Department supporting onsite construction, QA/QC, and MEP coordination teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, excellent organization, and solid comprehension/problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:100% Onsite — Boydton, VA
Pay Range:$59.83 – $65.83 per hour (W2)
What’s the Job?- Support daily onsite construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Perform quality checks, documentation reviews, and support field inspections with emphasis on MEP and Bluebeam workflows.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve field issues and track action items.
- Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and progress reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organization of drawings, reports, and construction records while supporting OT and fast‑paced schedules.
- 5+ years of construction or engineering experience (industrial, commercial, or data center strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Bluebeam for markups, document review, and coordination.
- Strong comprehension skills, communication abilities, and organizational discipline.
- Ability to work onsite full‑time with expected overtime (approx. 10 hrs/week).
- Experience supporting MEP systems, QA/QC activities, or field engineering tasks.
