A leading manufacturer of engineered wood products is seeking a Process Engineer located in Crystal Hill, Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide leadership in the development and implementation of processes to enhance safety, productivity, and quality in the plant. Responsibilities include analyzing downtime, facilitating process improvement meetings, and maintaining safety standards. A Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline is required, along with knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
The role offers a competitive salary range of $72,800 - $94,300 plus potential bonuses and benefits.
