• Design and draft electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Build and coordinate 3D BIM models with architects and engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Create detailed layouts, single‑line diagrams, grounding plans, cable schedules, and more.
• Support clash detection and collaborate with project teams to resolve design challenges.
• Apply the NEC and industry standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP in electrical design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in design utilizing 3‑D modeling / drafting.
• At least 3 years of design experience with Revit.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BIM lead.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical design requirements.

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of semiconductor, data center or mission‑critical design experience.

The base salary range for this position is $80,600.00 to $; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
