We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Cape Charles, VA. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, manage resources, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include expediting processes, managing project plans, inspecting materials and work progress, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in Project Management and the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor functions, ensuring timely delivery of project materials and resolution of delays.
• Expertise in Inspection processes to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Well‑versed in Logistics Management, including coordinating shipments, materials flow, and transportation strategies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication алмаак? skills.
• Experience in the precast construction or structural engineering industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced on‑site environment in Chesapeake, VA.
