Position SummaryThe LV Capture Manager / Estimator (Strong in LV Cabling & LV Infrastructure) supports CPG in determining the growth and implementation of all White Space Fit Out aspects of the company. This includes but is not limited to assisting in the development of low voltage cost estimates and budgets for new projects across a portfolio of fast‑paced construction projects, involving solutioning, pricing, proposal phases, and actual implementation of self‑performed cabling.
Knowledge of other WSFO aspects—Basket Tray, ladder rack, fiber runner, containment, caging, floor tile cuts, power feeders, power whips, BCMS/EPMS—is also required.
- Review and understand RFP/RFQ documents and support RFI processes for low voltage and related WSFO items.
- Identify project risks and challenges during the solutioning process.
- Assist in generating rough order of magnitude and formal estimates for potential projects involving LV efforts.
- Assist in proposal development of the deliverable.
- Maintain a well‑organized database of bid documents and manage the kickoff process with the Pre Con Manager.
- Identify additional revenue opportunities for CPG, as applicable.
- Coordinate with personnel from sales, engineering, preconstruction, execution, and finance teams.
- Collect quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers regarding the task at hand.
- Review and assess cost estimates.
- Identify labor, material, costs, and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and related documents.
- Comfortably make site visits and document data for distribution to the CPG team.
- Perform site walks to assist the estimation team in pricing material and labor for new opportunities.
- Assist estimation and procurement teams to ensure correct material orders and project pricing.
- Manage up to 50% travel for local candidates within the PHX area and 5% outside PHX.
- Create shop drawings and related documentation for potential change orders during project execution.
- 5–10 years of LV installation/estimation and on‑site project management preferred.
- 2+ years of construction estimating experience with knowledge of mission‑critical systems.
- 2+ years of data‑center experience related to batteries, UPS replacements, and general maintenance in a mission‑critical environment preferred.
- Electrical estimating is a plus.
- Ability to interpret contract terms, conditions, and exhibits as applicable to project requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience developing and justifying budgets.
- Ability to create and maintain processes for project documentation.
- Creative thinking to find innovative solutions that reduce costs without compromising quality and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and high‑quality standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with On Screen Take Off, Bluebeam, Building Connected, Accubid, or RS Means preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- 10% travel expected.
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and estimating software (Accubid, RS Means, On Screen Take Off, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
- Experience with Fluke/Viavi and other fiber testing equipment, Fluke Link Ware, Viavi J‑Reporter, and related platforms.
- Familiarity with Procore for vendor management.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk or working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15–50 pounds at a time.
- Walk around facility as needed; safe work from a 12’ ladder and higher heights.
- Ability to visually identify colors for copper and fiber link identification.

Pay Range$130,798 – $196,253 per year
