Senior Site​/Civil Project Manager - Public Sector and Institutional Markets

Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager for our Richmond, VA office. The successful candidate will have technical, project management, and market access responsibilities to lead site/civil design projects in the public sector and institutional markets. We're looking for a motivated individual with a strong drive to lead a team focused on these markets in the private and/or public sector.

Responsibilities

* Lead teams in all aspects of site/civil project design including site layout, site planning, grading, storm water management, erosion & sediment control, roadways, utilities, and permitting for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

* Manage design for multiple projects.

* Assist with business development/marketing/proposal efforts.

* Oversee, train and mentor junior/mid-level staff.

* Work closely with clients and agency staff, including attendance at public and/or construction meetings and also represent the company at other events as needed.

Required Skills & Required Experience

* BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

* Minimum 10 years of directly related experience.

* Virginia PE license required.

* Strong communication skills.

* Ability to work on multiple project assignments concurrently.

* Ability to work and interact with clients, maintain project budgets and schedules.

* Ability to provide technical expertise to design staff.

* Desire to work in a team environment.

* Strong computer skills utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, storm water modeling software, as well as Microsoft Office programs.
