Our Engineering team works closely on each piece of equipment to ensure the highest quality and innovative solutions. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical control systems for our conveyor systems and automated machines. This role requires a strong understanding of control systems, electrical engineering principles, and hands‑on experience with industrial automation.

  • Design and develop electrical control systems for new and existing products.
  • Create detailed electrical sensor layouts and generate electrical schematics for conveyor systems and other machines.
  • Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices using Rockwell software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system integration and performance.
  • Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Bachelor of Science in Controls or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical control systems.
  • Proficiency in programming PLCs (primarily Allen‑Bradley, etc.) and HMIs.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
