Qualifications:

• Possess or be eligible for Virginia teaching certification/licensure or certification through the Virginia Catholic Education Association (VCEA)
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Catholic faith and a willingness to actively support the mission of Catholic education
• Exhibit effective classroom management skills that foster a structured, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
• Communicate clearly and proactively with parents to support student growth and partnership between home and school
• Collaborate professionally and positively with colleagues and administration
