Principal, Education Administration

Are you a passionate leader committed to Catholic education? We are seeking a Principal to guide our school with vision, faith, and excellence. This role is responsible for fostering a Christ-centered learning environment, ensuring academic success, and overseeing the school’s operations and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spiritual Leadership – Promote and integrate Catholic identity and Benedictine Values into all aspects of school life.
• Academic Excellence – Oversee effective instruction by faculty and ensure student programs are provided so that each unique learner can achieve academic excellence.
• Operational Oversight – Manage daily operations, and their impact on budgeting, enrollment, and strategic planning.
• Community Engagement – Foster strong relationships with students, families, faculty, and the broader school community.
• Development & Advancement – Support fundraising, marketing, and enrollment management initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to Catholic education and values.
• Master’s degree (preferred) in educational leadership, administration, supervision, or a related field.
• Experience in school leadership with demonstrated ability to inspire and manage a staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff.
• Catechist Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
