An esteemed non-profit educational program serving boys aged 10-18 is currently seeking full-time Teacher's Aides, with opportunities for part-time substitutes as well. This role involves supporting classroom teachers with instruction and behavioral support and fostering excellent relationships with students.

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience working with children or adolescents may also be considered.
• Previous experience in camps, schools, youth groups, or youth leadership roles is advantageous.
• Responsible for supervising a classroom of 5 to 8 students, adhering to program protocols, and effectively managing behavior.
• A calm, patient demeanor with the ability to provide strong, supportive interventions is essential.
