Base pay: $16.00/hr – $18.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience and will be discussed with your recruiter.

A+ Childcare & Learning is a licensed childcare center seeking a Lead Teacher to support the following age group:
Infants
.

• High school diploma.
• CDA or higher required.
• Ability to pass all background checks.
• Previous childcare experience is actively desired.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:

$16‑$18 per hour, based on education and experience.

• Prepare lesson plans that are developmentthu appropriately one week in advance using current curriculum guides.
• Implement lesson plans and curriculum on a weekly basis, covering all areas of child development and carrying out the classroom schedule/daily routine; use our parent‑communication app efficiently.
• Establish a professional rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of each child, responding to their emotional needs and maintaining an organized, clean, safe, and appropriately decorated classroom.
• Maintain child assessments and portfolios for each child, and conduct biannual parent‑teacher conferences in November and May.
• Have the physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
• Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.
