• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
• 3-5 years of experience with a strong emphasis on experiential design and environmental/spatial branding
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams on high-level projects
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end design in physical, experiential, and marketing campaigns

• Experience working in-house or agency-side with luxury, travel, hospitality, or premium brands
• Expertise in spatial design software (e.g., Adobe Substance, Sketch Up) and rendering software

• Develop and execute comprehensive design systems for physical spaces, including lounges and event spaces
• Transform brand guidelines into tangible environments through strategic management of signage, graphics, and digital integration
• Lead design strategy for trade shows and partner events to ensure a premium physical presence
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative directors to align work with broader business goals
• Proactively drive ideas from concept to completion with minimal oversight
