This opportunity offers flexible scheduling – 1 day per week to 6 days per week. Whatever your availability or goals, let’s talk! This role is ideal for a dedicated, personable clinician seeking autonomy and support in a thriving dental environment.

This practice has experienced consistent growth since opening two years ago in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. With a steady influx of new patients and a loyal existing base, we’re expanding our team to maintain our high standard of patient care.

Earn up to $75/hour with additional production commission available at 30% — whichever is higher each day. With a strong patient base and high demand, top hygienists in our group have exceeded $700,000 in annual production. The earning potential here is truly exceptional.

About the Practice

Location:
Ultra-modern standalone building in central Bridgewater with its own parking lot.

Practice Group:
Part of a 16-office group.

Team Structure:
Collaborative team with Dentists, Dental Assistants, and administrative support.

Technology: CBCT, digital scanners, Open Dental software, and other modern tools.

The Role

Schedule:
Flexible – Monday through Saturday available.

Responsibilities:
Delivering preventative care, dental cleaning, scaling and root planing, oral health education, and working alongside the doctor to co-manage treatment.

Must Haves:
Active hygiene license, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Nice to Haves:
Experience with digital systems and comfort in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

Paid Time Off: 12–15 days/year based on tenure (not pro-rated).

CE Support: $1000 per year
