Job DutiesTo serve and deliver appetizing food to adult psychiatric patients and staff in sanitary environment to clean and sanitize equipment following proper protocols. Work titles that can be in this benchmark can include Food Service Aid, Diet Kitchen Aid, Food Service Aid – Utility, Food Service Aid – Driver, Food Service Aid – Tray line
Minimum Qualifications- No requirement for entry into this position.
- Prior experience in a commercial or institutional food service facility is desirable but not required.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out written and verbal instructions.
- Capacity to learn and perform cleaning and sanitation procedures in a safe and effective manner.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate (10-40 lbs.) loads, bend, stoop, and carry objects.
