* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, in person, in a timely and professional manner

* Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

* Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently

* Identify and escalate complex issues to managment

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

* Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

* Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

* Achieve performance targets and quality assurance standards

Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

* Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous customer service experience preferred

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
