What You’ll Do – Make Every Call Count

You’re the first voice customers hear when something goes wrong in their home. That matters. You will:

  • Lead with Empathy – Calm stressed homeowners and make them feel heard immediately.
  • Use Curiosity – Ask smart questions to uncover the real issue and schedule the right service.
  • Own the Details – Accurately document calls, notes, and scheduling using modern, cloud-based systems.
  • Drive Value – Educate customers on maintenance plans and earn commission when you enroll them.
  • Move with Purpose – Work fast, stay sharp, and keep standards high in a busy, team-driven environment.
  • Represent JR Snider – With confidence, professionalism, and pride—every call, every time.

  • Has customer service experience (electrical trade preferred)
  • Communicates clearly, confidently, and with genuine care
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn’t fold under pressure

  • Learns quickly and adapts to new systems and technology
  • Is organized, punctual, and dependable
  • Wants to grow, earn more, and be part of something real

Call center or customer service experience is preferred—but work ethic, attitude, and accountability matter more.
