Location: Moneta
Overview
Resurrection Catholic Church in Moneta seeks a part-time Music Coordinator (~10 hours/week).
Responsibilities- selects, plans, and rehearses music for weekend Masses (Saturday 4:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am), holy days, and special liturgies
- directs choir rehearsals
- attends quarterly liturgy committee meetings
- coordinates, trains, and develops musicians and cantors/song leaders
- prepares an annual music budget
- participates in diocesan/regional gatherings pertinent to liturgy/music
- bachelor’s degree in music or equivalent education and experience
- a practicing Catholic in good standing and familiar with Catholic liturgy is preferred
