Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks for our upcoming events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment - Support event coordinators with logistics, attendee registration, and guest services - Handle on-site troubleshooting and provide support to ensure smooth event execution - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other event staff as needed - Maintain a clean and organized event space before, during, and after the event - Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs - Reliable transportation to and from event locations
