Location: Richmond, VA & Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour + Bonus Incentive Pay

- Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment for each job
- Lift up to 75 lbs and work safely on construction terrain
- Dig trenches or pits to prepare for slab lifting and drainage systems
- Operate and maintain construction equipment
- Assist with setup and cleanup at job sites
- Provide support for specialty crews when needed
- Install products and complete jobs using company-approved methods
- Deliver a remarkable customer experience every day
- Construction experience preferred (but not required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments (crawlspaces, ladders, kneeling, etc.)
- Willingness to travel daily in and around the Greater Richmond area
- Availability for occasional overtime
