Timber Stone Masonry + Construction is seeking a driven Masonry & Hardscape Superintendent to manage the execution of multiple high‑end projects. This is a hybrid leadership role combining on‑site supervision with operational oversight and light office work.
You will not just be leading a single crew; you will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate schedules, logistics, and client satisfaction across the board. - Field Leadership:
Monitor and uphold project quality standards, ensuring crews deliver excellence. Occasionally assist in the field to train members or troubleshoot. - Logistics & Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule crews, materials, and equipment for multiple projects simultaneously. - Client & Team Comms:
Communicate professionally with clients, builders, and architects. Work closely with Project Managers to align field ops with project goals. - Tech & Admin:
Use Job Tread CRM for project documentation. Perform light estimating, track field data for job costing, and read grading plans/specs. - Site Management:
Manage tool mobilization, site setup, and safety compliance.
- Experience:
3+ years of field supervision experience in masonry or hardscape construction. - Trade Knowledge:
Deep understanding of masonry methods, details, and jobsite operations. - Technical
Skills:
Experience with plan reading (including grading plans). Proficiency with Sketch Up, Bluebeam, or Job Tread is a plus. - Leadership:
Confident decision‑maker who leads by example. Highly organized and solutions‑oriented. - Physical:
Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors when necessary. - Education:
High school diploma or GED required. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
