Timber Stone Masonry + Construction is hiring a Project Manager to lead high‑end residential and commercial masonry projects from concept through completion. This is an opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional to take full ownership of the build—including estimating, scheduling, job costing, and client coordination.

- Pre‑Construction & Estimating: Estimate project costs using internal systems/historical data and review plans to provide tailored solutions.
- Operations: Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction operations, ensuring precision and quality control.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and builders.
- Tech & Admin: Utilize Job Tread CRM for project management and ensure construction document accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Adapt to jobsite challenges, proactively resolve issues, and provide leadership to multiple crews and vendors.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of construction project management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred.
- Trade Knowledge: Experience or strong knowledge of masonry construction methods is essential.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficient with plan‑reading (including grading plans) and specs. - Software: Proficiency with Sketch Up, Bluebeam, or Job Tread is a major plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills (written/verbal).
- Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus.
