Pinnacle Construction & Development Corporation seeks a dependable, quality-conscientious Project Superintendent with well-balanced skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a minimum 10 years' construction experience for a multifamily apartment development in Zions Crossroads, Virginia.

• Provide overall administrative and technical management on a multifamily construction project site.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety.

• Extensive wood framing experience (multi-family preferred).
• Proficiency at reading drawings and interpreting specifications.
• Experience with construction project management software.
• OSHA 10 hour safety training, first aid/CPR training required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to learn and work independently and in a team atmosphere.

On-site construction office and active construction site.
