We are Pinnacle Construction & Development Corp. Looking for a dependable, quality‑conscientious Assistant Project Superintendent with 10+ years construction experience for a multifamily apartment development in Zion Crossroads, VA.

• Provide overall administrative and technical management on the construction project site.
• Apply knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
• Manage the workforce, read drawings, interpret specifications, and communicate clearly.
• Use construction project management software.

• Minimum 10 years construction experience with extensive wood framing (multi‑family preferred).
• Proficiency reading drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 10‑hour safety training and First Aid/CPR training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Independent and team‑oriented work ethic.

On‑site construction office and active construction site.
