Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Manager to oversee construction for a Data Center site.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all safety aspects of the project are executed in compliance with safety regulations

.This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction safety principles, and the ability to effectively manage risks associated with construction activities.

Responsibilities
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks associated with construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and compliance measures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Qualifications
  • OSHA 30hr Construction training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction safety role including electrical construction activities
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management principles related to construction projects.
  • Familiarity with NEC codes and compliance management practices.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using microsoft tools for project daily safety reports
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Mobilization for this resources is expected be to mid/late November.

Assistance with Mob/Demob will be available. Ideally looking for a local resource.

This position will also pay per diem for each day worked.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
