Position: Sales Compensation Analyst (fixed-term)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and maintain expertise related to the annual Sales Incentive Plan and associated data structures
  • Collaborate with various departments to address core initiatives related to Sales Incentives and Compensation
  • Perform analytics and modeling to provide insights on compensation plan performance
  • Prepare quarterly and annual presentation decks summarizing sales incentive plan performance
  • Act as a liaison for team members regarding incentive plans, policies, and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, sales, computer science, data science, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years working within sales compensation administration systems
  • At least 5 years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar data tools
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proven dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in addressing audit risks and providing alternative solutions for disputed compensation issues
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and process audits
