- Perform analytics and modeling to provide insights on compensation plan performance
- Prepare quarterly and annual presentation decks summarizing sales incentive plan performance
- Act as a liaison for team members regarding incentive plans, policies, and guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, sales, computer science, data science, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years working within sales compensation administration systems
- At least 5 years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar data tools
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proven dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Experience in addressing audit risks and providing alternative solutions for disputed compensation issues
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and process audits
