Position SummaryGloucester Toyota is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our service team.
This is not an entry-level position
. We are looking for a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic ability, dealership experience, and the ability to perform complex repairs efficiently in a professional service environment.
Experienced technicians from all automotive brands are encouraged to apply. Toyota experience is preferred but not required.
We are currently hiring for this role after promoting our Master Technician to Service Manager, demonstrating our commitment to recognizing talent and promoting from within.

- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on a variety of vehicle systems
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and HVAC systems
- Utilize manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Test drive vehicles and verify repair accuracy
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations with service advisors and management
- Assist with mentoring and supporting junior technicians when appropriate
