• Connect with customers by phone, text, and in-person to understand their needs
• Build trust and guide customers through the buying process — no pressure, just great service
• Learn the steps of our proven sales process and use it every day
• Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships
• Celebrate wins, learn from misses, and always keep improving

• Friendly, professional, and ready to help people
• Great listener with strong communication skills
• Persistent and motivated — you don’t give up easily
• Organized and process-driven
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Earning potential: $50,000 to $78,000 or more per year
