Job Duties
Provides executive level support to the Director of Forensic Services. Work is both clerical and project oriented, involving data collection and analysis, distribution of forensic reports, report writing, application of knowledge of programmatic and administrative requirements and computer software programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong customer service skills.
Procurement, finance and general administration;
Excellent written, oral, and professional communication skills required. Demonstrated ability to research a wide variety of issues and compile findings in written reports and computerized spreadsheets;
Experience operating general office equipment (calculator, fax, phones, copier, shredder, etc.), computer equipment/software and automated systems (Microsoft Office, CARS, PMIS, FMS, KRONOS, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply basic policies and procedures.
Experience managing financial, personnel, and procurement documents.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, effectively organize work and manage multiple tasks/activities and meet established deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
