Office Technician

Location: Floyd

Wall Residences is seeking an Office Technician for our busy corporate office in Floyd, VA. The role of an Office Technician is to present the agency in a positive and professional manner to the public as well as to our providers and employees. Professional communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality a must. Candidate must also have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and excellent computer and data entry skills.

Accuracy is critical. Knowledge of documentation, data collection and record-keeping systems, regulations regarding licensure requirements and confidentiality, and Community Intellectual Disability Services is a plus.

Position is full-time, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
