• Skilled in dispatch, transportation, or logistics (1+ year required)

• Able to multi‑task under pressure in a high‑volume environment

• Tech‑savvy with dispatch software and GPS tracking tools

• Strong problem‑solvers and decision‑makers
• Have a stable job history and a proven track record of performance

• Coordinate high‑volume medical and non‑medical deliveries

• Dispatch and monitor drivers in real time

• Adjust routes and schedules quickly to solve problems

• Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers

• Make critical decisions under pressure to keep operations running
