Job Description: Auto Zone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll put your safe driving skills to work, using company‑provided vehicles and no Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. Customer Service.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations by meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers and load/unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

• Minimum Age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to speak both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
