• Deliver engaging in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients across all fitness levels and goals.
• Design and implement personalized training programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, tailored to each client’s needs.
• Ensure client safety, proper exercise technique, and injury prevention throughout every session.
• Provide continuous motivation, accountability, and lifestyle education to support client success.
• Track and evaluate progress through regular assessments and goal reviews to drive measurable results.
• Conduct client reassessments and update programs as needed.
• Travel between client locations safely and punctually, maintaining a professional and reliable presence.
• Manage and update appointments and client notes within the GG apps.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations and client satisfaction.

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' sites and work flexible hours.
• Team player and collaborative with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
