Full Stack Developer; Python​/AI Engineering

CTG is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong backend engineering experience and AI integration exposure to support enterprise-scale model lifecycle governance, API development, and backend platform services. This role focuses on building secure, scalable integration solutions that enable model management, monitoring, and auditability across enterprise systems.

Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Duration: 9-Month Contract

• Design and develop backend services and governance-as-code solutions supporting model lifecycle governance
• Build REST and/or Graph
  
  QL APIs to integrate model metadata, lineage, and approval workflows with enterprise governance platforms
• Develop integrations for model monitoring, scanning, and model endpoint APIs
• Support backend services and dashboards for Model Performance Management (MPM) and audit solutions
• Implement secure, scalable integration patterns across AWS services
• Partner with platform, governance, and engineering teams to deliver compliant, production-grade systems

• Strong backend development experience using Python, Java, or Node.js (Python preferred)
• Expertise in REST and/or Graph
  
  QL API development
• Experience integrating with AWS services, including IAM, serverless, compute, and monitoring components
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secrets management
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and governance tooling
• Familiarity with AI engineering concepts and ML‑adjacent services, including model metadata, lifecycle management, or performance monitoring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
