As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in executing on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical power and energy distribution equipment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying opportunities for operational improvement while working directly with customers.
• Performing certified on-site troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Preparing material lists for service activities, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Executing installations, upgrades, and end-of-life services with precision.
• Building and nurturing positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Proactively detecting potential equipment failures and recommending corrective actions.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

We are looking for passionate individuals who meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 1+ years of experience,
  OR
• Associate's degree in electrical technology with 3+ years of experience,
  OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of equivalent work or military experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to write detailed test plans and reports.
• A collaborative spirit and a sense of urgency to get the job done!
