• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems from heat pumps and furnaces to air conditioning units
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and options
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and documentation
• Follow safety standards and company policies at all times

• 2+ years of hands‑on HVAC field experience (residential preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a “fix it right the first time” mindset
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and customer-focused
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
