What You Can Expect:

* Travel to a customer's home on a pre-set appointment.

* Build rapport with homeowners and professionally represent the Company.

* Exhibit clear communication skills during homeowner interactions.

* Must be available to work at 7am, and work until manager/dispatcher dismisses you for the day.

* Some weekend and evenings being on call is required.

* Installing our products and services under the supervision of trained professionals

* Installation, Maintenance, and repair of plumbing for both residential/commercial

* Weekly meeting at the shop.

* Be a team player who will do whatever it takes to win for you, your team and the organization

* Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely

* Ability to grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded

What is

Required:

* Residential plumbing service and installation experience for at least 1 year.

* Loads and delivering materials to work site

* Performs set up and clean up tasks at the work site

* Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures.

* Detail-oriented, organized and proficient.

* Willing to work in all types of weather.

* Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work.

* Must have basic tools.

* Valid Driver's license and good driving record.

* Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas

* Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Physical requirements:

Lifting heavy objects, walking and standing for long periods of time and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Pushing, pulling, or carrying objects; bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling. Requires entry into some tight spaces.
