Kellam Home Services is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure the consistent delivery of top-tier HVAC workmanship and compliance with safety standards. This role includes reviewing HVAC installations, providing technical feedback, and supporting our team’s commitment to excellence.
Boiler experience is preferred
, but not required.

• Conduct on-site quality checks for completed residential HVAC jobs
• Ensure all work complies with code, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards
• Provide field coaching and support to installation and service teams
• Confirm systems operate correctly and address any workmanship concerns
• Communicate findings and corrective actions clearly and professionally
• Maintain detailed documentation of QA evaluations and outcomes

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and safety standards
• Boiler experience preferred but not required
• High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits daily

• Hourly Pay:$30–$40/hour based on experience
