Coradi Contracting is looking for a Master Tile Setter who brings elite-level skill to residential bathrooms and walk-in showers. If you take ownership of your craft, know how to deliver luxury results, and understand that the details make the difference — you’re exactly who we want.

You’ll be responsible for installing custom tiled showers, floors, walls, niches, benches, and full bathroom layouts at a senior, expert level. You must be highly knowledgeable in Schluter waterproofing systems — how to prep, waterproof, and build a flawless foundation before a single tile goes up.

This is not entry-level. This is precision work for a precision craftsman.

• Install high-end residential tile with perfect layout, symmetry, and finishing.
• Prepare, waterproof, and detail showers using Schluter systems with complete accuracy.
• Maintain an exceptionally clean jobsite and deliver a great client experience.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and crew to stay on schedule and aligned.

• 7–10+ years of professional residential tile setting experience (custom showers required).
• Strong proficiency with Schluter waterproofing systems (Kerdi boards, membranes, pans, drains, etc.).
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cleanly.
• Must live on the Southside of Hampton Roads (VB, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Professionalism, reliability, and pride in your craftsmanship.
