The Sales & Service Technician is an integral part of the customer journey post‑installation. They partner with customers to inspect and service foundation repair and water management solutions installed by the company and support customers with additional solutions and options.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled appointments with customers
• Travel to customers’ homes based on assigned appointments
• Build long‑term relationships and represent the company professionally
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installations or remedy potential issues
• Perform annual maintenance visits, examining previously completed work
• Carry out reactive service appointments, diagnose, and fix issues
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
• Inspect installed solutions to determine potential warranty or non‑warranty work
• Communicate job status and submit necessary documentation to the Service Manager and customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred, but not required
• Construction/home improvement experience preferred
• Proven customer‑relations experience preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license required

Requirements

• Full‑time position
• Remote & onsite: reporting to and working remotely from branch location
• Servicing area within territory
