Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a utilities construction location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control and visitor support. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site leaders and/or dispatch, and respond to situations with professionalism.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities and construction location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site representatives and/or public responders as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of work areas, staging yards, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.

+ Monitor gates, access points, and delivery traffic as assigned, checking identification and/or work authorization consistent with site policies.

+ Document and report security-related events, hazards, and maintenance concerns using written logs and/or electronic reporting tools, and assist with investigations as requested.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
