Security Officer - Unarmed

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior common areas, entertainment spaces, parking lots, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns;
Monitor entry and exit points, assist with access control and/or guest flow, and report suspicious activity in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, medical response coordination, and timely notification to site leadership and/or public responders;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to supervisors and/or site contacts, and support closing procedures such as checking doors, gates, and lighting
