As a Client Advisor
, you are the bridge between interest and execution. You guide prospects from first inquiry to booked service, ensure every interaction feels white-glove, and maintain relationships long after the vehicle leaves our shop.
Your conversations don’t just close sales — they set the tone for the entire Simple Details experience.

- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, setting the standard for a luxury, white-glove experience.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and recommend the appropriate protection and enhancement solutions.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
- Complete a minimum of 20 qualified sales consultations per week
, maintaining a 90%+ show-up rate
. - Drive monthly performance with a clear understanding of cash-collected goals and fulfillment alignment.
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline with detailed notes, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to refine messaging, promotions, and offers that convert.
- Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring seamless handoffs to the Fulfillment/Operations team.
- Follow up after service completion to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and reinforce long‑term satisfaction.
- Educate clients on maintenance plans, long‑term protection options, and loyalty programs to drive repeat business.
- Gather Google reviews to help maintain and grow our company’s 4.9+ rating, contributing to our long‑term reputation and success.
- 2+ years of sales and customer-facing experience (automotive or service-based industries are a plus but not required).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—whether over the phone, via email, or in person, you know how to build rapport and get things done.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of how to maintain accurate records.
