As a Commercial Risk Advisor (producer), you will generate new clients and maintain your book of business, selling high‑quality commercial property and casualty insurance carriers. You will build relationships with medium‑to‑large business owners and C‑level executives, offering trusted advice and risk advisory and insurance solutions that help them survive and thrive. You will report to President Kelley Carter Dale and benefit from a proven sales process, mentorship from experienced producers, and a culture of team selling.

• New business‑to‑business account development.
• Develop and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities through business networking, strategic relationships, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
• Use Choice’s consultative sales process, present proposals to business owners and C‑Level executives, and close new business accounts with the mentoring support of experienced colleagues.

• Proven “hunter” B2B outside sales skills using a consultative approach.
• A business network and the ability and desire to build a business clientele.
• Easy access to Choice’s Virginia Beach, VA office.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Willingness and ability to obtain VA state insurance license pre‑employment or within 30 days of hire.
