As part of our international expansion, we are now entering the U.S. market and seeking ambitious Business Development Specialists to join our team in Virginia, USA.
Position OverviewAs a Business Development Specialist (BDS), you will:
- Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
- Promote Baldan Group’s aesthetic products and technologies.
- Work closely with beauty and medical clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists, and dentists to drive brand growth.
- Expand client base through account management.
- Promote and sell devices and consumables.
- Conduct client meetings (in-person and online demos).
- Provide business growth support (treatment menu optimization, events).
- Train and educate clients on product usage and profitability strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams for installations and training.
- Ensure fast responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or medical wellness).
- Proven success with medical clinics, med-spas, or beauty centers.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Force Manager) and Mapsly.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel (valid driver’s license required).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage.
