Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Lead and motivate a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and product merchandising.

Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance store visibility.

Train and develop new team members to ensure a knowledgeable workforce.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

2+ years of 7 Eleven management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in inventory management and cash handling.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
